We were excited to find this. The pictures made it seem so clean and new but that was not the case. The couch had a big water stain. I feel like these cloth chairs need to be steamed between each family’s stay. I reached out to the ‘host’ who wanted pictures sent through the VRBO app but that wasn’t an option. I even reached out to VRBO for help and was told that sending pictures was not an option through the app. I informed the host and yet he kept insisting that it could be done. During the back and forth communication with the host I asked for an email since he wanted pictures. The reply back was a email that was not understandable, only a lot of dashes, it did not consist of letters. It didn’t smell sanitized. It would be nice if this was done the morning or two before check-in, if you are going to advertise it as such then it should smell like it. Upstairs set off allergies because of all of the dust on the wall fixtures/pictures, fans, vents in the bedrooms. Still not able to send pictures to host but I let him know what was going on by messaging him. Any other host would have made sure someone came in right away to correct the problem. Do better with communication and cleaning. It was disappointing for the money you spend to not have things done right. No, we will not be back for another stay in the future.
