Separate areas to spread out, 2 fireplaces, 6 Tv's, soaking tub, upgraded beds, linens and a wonderful great room. The house layout is perfect for two different families, first floor offers living/dinning room with kitchen, two bedrooms, one bath. Second floor offers Master Bedroom Suite with soaking tub and fireplace. Upstairs great room with vaulted ceilings, spectacular ocean views, fireplace, separate bedroom and bathroom. You can also enjoy two large decks, one upstairs and downstairs. New Central Heating and Air Conditioning as well.

Girls trip

Group of 70 year olds on our annual trip! Location perfect for what we needed. All our destinations within 30 min drive. Plenty of sleeping room for 7 of us. Home has good bones and typical of homes in the area, but not ultra updated. Lots of staples in kitchen. Would love to be here when weather warmer, we didnt get to use outdoor areas.

Excellent rental!

This house was everything we needed and more! The house located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, atop a hill with wonderful views of the Ocean and sunset! We spent our days exploring and enjoying the outdoors, and the evenings at the home enjoying each others company! Great house! I highly recommend!

Great location and view!

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and one year old twins. Plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces and a great dining table for us all to gather around. Close to many attractions and a great neighborhood for walking. Sunsets from the upper deck were fabulous!

Perfect location and room set up

We had a wedding at a venue in the neighborhood, and this home was perfectly situated, with ocean views as advertised. The layout was superb for our multi-generational family "basecamp." The private backyard deck with table and chairs was especially fabulous for outdoor dining, visiting, and relaxing. Local manager was super-responsive to our requests. We could have used a few more serving bowls for family dinners (and the stove was a little tricky to manage) but otherwise, no complaints. Comfortable beds and convenient on-site laundry.

Great house for families of all ages!

We came together for my Mom's burial service at Ft. Rosecrans Cemetery. The house is very close to Ft. Rosecrans. The house was wonderful for our whole family, we had our 2 yr old grandson and he loved the yard. The kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of towels and the three bathrooms and 4 bedrooms gave everyone their own space. I can't forget the view, which is beautiful and the proximity to everything Pt. Loma and Ocean Beach has to offer was fantastic. We were very comfortable and that was our goal!

Great house and perfect location for our activities

The host and property manager were great to work with and very responsive to any questions. The house was perfect for our stay! We had 8 women and plenty of room. The house was in a good neighborhood, very clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, fresh linens, had everything we needed (plus some). And the ocean view was fantastic! It was also a great location to get to all our attractions and restaurants. All the girls said this was a 100% 5 star stay. Many thanks to the host and property manager.

Girls Summer Trip

Nice property. Enjoyed view of ocean from deck. Rooms bathrooms were spacious and clean. Great location to everything, short Uber ride.to most tourist attractions.. Enjoyed walking in neighborhood. Great vacation rental

Our family was in town for our daughters graduation from SDSU. The home had everything our party of 6 needed. Great location, close to everything you'd want to visit or do in SD. The amazing views of the pacific from the second floor deck were as advertised. You cannot go wrong staying at this beautiful home.

Ocean Beach Home

The views at your home were spectacular! For our group the space was exactly what we needed. The upstairs family room was a nice second area for us to hang out. My only negative was the first time we used the downstairs bathroom it had plumbing issues - the bathroom sink would not drain and then the bath drain backed up. The Property Manager and a plumber came out and worked on it, the plumber said he did what he could and we should be able to use it but would need to come back once we left. The next day it backed up again and when I texted the Property Manager his response was “at least you have 2 other bathrooms to use”. Which is true but we choose the house for 3 bathrooms for the size of the group. All else was good!

Wonderful place to stay

Our family of 7 adults stayed for 5 days for a family reunion. Everything in the place was exactly as pictured and described. The place was spotlessly clean and easily accommodated all of us, was well appointed and very comfortable. The location was great, with ocean views on both sides, plenty of parking, and easy walk to the waterfront. The Ocean Beech strip is about 30 minute walk, or 3 min drive. Would highly recommend it!

Clean and nicely appointed house in a lovely neighborhood just 5 blocks from the shoreline. Very nice ocean view from the upstairs room and balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Home

My husband Richard and I have had the pleasure of working in the hospitality business in San Diego for a combined 60 years! We pride ourselves on providing the best service, communication and value for our guests. This home has been in our family since the mid 1950's and we purchased it as our residence in 1992. To accommodate our growing family we undertook a major remodel in 1995 and added a second story, which gave us access to the beautiful ocean views. We raised our three boys here and we're very active in the community. When our boys we're grown and off to pursue their dreams we decided to purchase a farm in 2016 with guest cottage rentals in Julian, just 60 miles East of San Diego. Our farm is one of the original homestead's, complete with all the animals and we found our calling and have accommodated guests from all over the world. As experienced hosts we promise to extend the great service our guests have come to expect!
