Dies ist ein zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad neu renovierte Wohnung mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Bad, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, Schlafzimmer mit Queen-Size-Bett und das zweite Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Schwimmbad. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Keurig-ähnlicher Kaffeemaschine und normaler Kaffeemaschine, Topftopf, großem Kühlschrank, Herd, Besteck, Töpfen und Pfannen, Tassen und Gläsern. Dieses Gerät kann maximal 4 Personen schlafen. Es gibt einen gemütlichen Essbereich für vier Personen und einen sehr großen Wohnbereich mit einem 50-Zoll-Flachbildschirm, der ein HDMI-Kabel für Ihren Laptop und andere Geräte sowie eine große Ledercouch für Ihren Komfort bietet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Spectrum CABLE TV. Der private Balkon ist mit vier Stühlen und einem Tisch ausgestattet, so dass Sie Ihre morgendliche Lieblingskaffee mit herrlichem Blick auf den Pool genießen können. Diese Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und Sie werden sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Es befindet sich im zweiten Stock und bietet einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder. unsatisfactory - but the pool and grounds are very nice

It was very disturbing that the owners upstairs were loudly trampling around in the apartment every day from before 7 a.m. until the evening. This ruined our one month vacation. In addition, the communication with the landlady was a disaster. The answers / reaction came days later or not at all.

The condo was perfect, the host was responsive and very helpful!

This was our first experience using Vrbo. The host made it seamless and stress free. The condo was exactly as stated on Vrbo. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. The beds were comfy! Highly recommend!

False Advertisement

The owner claimed the property had a hot tub. When we arrived, we realized there was no hot tub. When we contacted the owner, she told us there was no hot tub mentioned on the listing. She immediately took it off the listing. However, we had screen shots showing it had been listed having a hot tub. Despite the screen shots, she denied taking it down. She denied that it ever said that. She attempted to gaslight us with, "why would you think there was a hot tub if there is not a picture of one?" I guess the same reason we believed there were parking spaces without seeing them... or believed their was a workout room without seeing them... or believed there were dishes without seeing them. We contacted Vrbo who attempted to contact the owner. Apparently, she never responded to Vrbo's attempt to reach her.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and quiet. The pool was wonderful, and the condo came equipped with beach supplies that saved us a trip to the store. The bath was perfect for our toddler who needed a nightly bath. We would stay again!We were worried considering the amount of negative reviews for noise from the upstairs. However, we quickly learned the reviews were unwarranted, people must not be accustomed to condo or apartment living with upstairs neighbors. The sound was not excessive.

Nowhere to eat, no table and chairs and bar stools are too short to be of any use. 4 spoons and knives, and coffee cups, no grilling tools. We loved the complex location and pool but wouldn’t stay there again

A hidden gem

Our stay was fantastic, great location, condo was very clean, and a nice getaway for us. Onsite management was very responive as well. The only downside i have seen mentioned is the noise from the upstairs unit. Not the fault of the owners but the soundproofing didn't work as hoped. We adjusted quickly.The only downside

Nice complex, elephants live above

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Nice and clean. There were no beach chairs or anything as stated. Pool was nice. The rules in condo are a little different than posted on here. It's stated that be curtious to other condos around you, but the people above are walking like elephants most of the day. You'd think that something could be done about it, but by previous reviews, it has not. Shameful. Would we stay here again? Only if something was guaranteed about the people above.

1st time Retirement trip

Very nice and clean. Exactly as stated in the advertisement. Nice gated community. Wonderful warm water pool. Great “work out” room. Very close to Madeira Beach. Enjoyed many surrounding golf courses, restaurants and markets. Would highly recommend this condo. Reasonably priced. But very loud upstairs neighbors. Every single night for a month it sounded like stomping, heavy running and pounding. I know the owner can’t control this, but the issue definitely needs addressed

Everything was perfect about our stay except the people above walking. It was very loud. I am not sure why they were walking so much and so hard. It was difficult to sleep some nights. I am not sure what can be done though. We just put on some brown noise and ear plugs at night. We sort of got used to it after awhile. We would stay again.

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed here for 3 weeks waiting on our house closing / move in date. It felt like home away from home. The owner was quick to respond if we had questions, the condo/ unit had everything we needed and was very clean! The grounds and amenities made it feel like a vacation! The residents are super friendly too! I will recommend VRBO to all my friends and family when they visit from NY.

Family Visit

The condo was very comfortable throughout our stay. The only difference from the ad was the 1 bedroom had a queen bed, like the other and not 2 twin beds, as promised, but we made it work. As far as check-in, the office was closed. We filled out a form, and dropped it at the front of the office, the next morning. The woman there hardly made any eye contact with me and just told me to drop the form at the front table & take a parking form to put in our windshield. Other than that, which is probably pretty normal these days, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. The pool was very nice!

Comfortable

The condo was clean, beds comfortable, all amenities for kitchen were available to use, beach towels & chairs for the beach, coolers, umbrella etc. The Upstairs patrons were very noisy it was very annoying, in booking you have to pay a cleaning fee and then are expected to make sure there are no dishes in the sink or dishwasher, put all towels in washer, remove all garbage from unit, a little steep cleaning fee I think when your expected to do things listed above. All in all the complex is well kept, nice pool area, grounds are well groomed.

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO apartment. The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of space. We also loved the pool! We had some problems getting into the apartment but the owner responded really quick to our message and made sure we could get inside. We also notices that or the floor outside on the balcony or inside was a bit dirty. Our feet and socks became pretty grey on the bottom. But we are not the pickiest people. Overall we loved our vacation!

Beautiful, Clean Property

There are a lot of pros for this property. We really liked it. When we first entered, we were immediately aware of how clean it was. It has been well taken care of and was comfortable. It’s a nice size condo with a nice, wide bathtub! The condo is in a gated community and has a beautiful pool. There were a few things that we were not happy about. First, the security deposit is unusually excessive. And it took two weeks after the stay to get it returned. The condo itself wasn’t well stocked so we had to buy many essentials ourselves. Also, the neighbors upstairs were noisy in the mornings. The check out instructions were rather lengthy and we spent our last morning cleaning and putting stuff away. This on top of the cleaning fee. Lastly, the communication we had with the owner was puzzling. It was clear that the check in was using a security code. There was no reason to see the owner when we checked in. However, 30 minutes after check in (and we hadn’t checked in yet) she messaged through the app AND through my cell phone number and asked when we were checking in. In the check in information sent days prior to check in, there was mention of a camera being used upon entrance to see how many people were coming in. So I felt that we were being watched- I mean, how did she know we weren’t there at check in time? Overall the condo was really nice, but with the high deposit and the odd communication with the owner, we won’t be staying there again.
