Thoughtfully spread across several levels, this character-filled home combines style, comfort, and functionality—making it a true sanctuary amidst the city bustle with the convenience of a private entrance. From morning coffees on the sunny terrace to peaceful evenings in the garden-view lounge, every space is designed to help you unwind.
- Living Area: Located on the lower ground floor adjacent to the kitchen, this cosy nook features a sofa bed with cushions and garden views—perfect for curling up with a book or unwinding after a day out.
Please note that the sofa bed will only be prepared if requested in advance. If you plan to use it, kindly let me know ahead of your arrival so I can ensure it's set up for you.
- Dining Area: Positioned just off the kitchen, the dining area offers a table for six and a pleasant outlook—ideal for shared meals, work, or catch-ups over tea.
- Kitchen: Bright and fully equipped, the kitchen, located on the lower ground floor, includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials you need for home cooking.
- Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor, this spacious and peaceful bedroom features a king‑size bed, garden views, and a charming window nook with an armchair and soft cushions—perfect for reading or enjoying a quiet moment.
- Bedroom 2: On the first floor, this versatile, family-friendly room offers a bunk bed (two singles) and a wardrobe—great for children or friends sharing.
- Bedroom 3: Next to Bedroom 2, a cosy single bedroom on the first floor—great for solo travellers or teens.
- Bathroom: Found on the first floor, this bright and fresh space includes a bathtub with overhead shower—ideal for both quick morning routines and leisurely soaks.
- Powder Room: Situated on the lower ground floor, a convenient WC is available for guests.
- Workspace: A dedicated desk space and high-speed internet provide a quiet spot for remote work or study.

- Late check-out (available if requested in advance): is £30 per hour (latest possible checkout time is 1 PM)
- Unauthorised late check-out: £50 per hour

- Parties are not allowed – any signs of gatherings may result in a £500 fine
- Moving or rearranging furniture is not permitted – penalty £100
