The villa includes a private theater room with a 160-inch screen, a living room with seating for 10, and a dining area for 16. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a gas stove, oven, two refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine with capsules, and essential cookware. Outdoor amenities include a garden table for 16, BBQ area, tanning bed, seating area, and a ping pong table. A washing machine and clothes dryer are available. Religious amenities include a nearby synagogue and a cooking plate.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, swimming pool, garden, private theater room, and all on-site facilities during their stay. Wireless internet is available throughout the property. An electric vehicle charging station is available for an additional fee.

Other Things to Note:
A separate cleaning fee of 780 ILS is required and is not included in the booking price. Quiet hours are observed throughout the day. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Pets and playing music are permitted only with prior arrangement. Parties and events are not allowed on the premises.
