Close to the fabulous Stewart’s Park with great walks, park run on a Saturday morning. The apartment has its own allocated parking space. There is a petroleum station with a Morris s Local close by, plus Asda and Iceland. The nearest pub is The Rudds which is easily within walking distance and you can cut through the park in the Summer. A Toby Carvery is also close by and should you need it James Cook Hospital
Getting Around:
Marton station is a 5 minute walk away with regular trains running to Whitby and Middlesbrough. There is also a regular bus service.
Other Things to Note:
Strictly no smoking in the apartment or the building. Smoking area is located near the bin store at the entrance to the apartments
