Originally a lively beer house owned by Watneys Brewery, the property was later split in the 1970s into two separate homes. Today, it has been beautifully refurbished. Station Stopover is a vibrant, 2-bedroom retreat spread across three levels, sleeping up to 6 guests. Ideally situated just moments from Brighton Station, the seafront, and the iconic Lanes, you’ll be perfectly placed to enjoy all the city has to offer. Whether you’re in town for work, a weekend getaway, or a longer stay, this house offers the ideal mix of comfort, character, and convenience. Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom with an en-suite shower, and two separate toilets—perfect for families or groups sharing. The open-plan kitchen and lounge area features a Smart TV, a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washer, electric hob, microwave, and a dining table for six. Step outside to your private courtyard – a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day exploring Brighton.

The kitchen and dining area are beautifully presented with natural light and all the essentials to feel right at home. Cook up meals with ease using the modern appliances, including an electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, plus cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery provided. To get your stay off to a flying start, we provide a few complimentary essentials – tea, coffee, salt, and pepper – ready and waiting for you. The dining table seats up to 6 guests and leads into the open plan living room furnished with comfortable seating, and a double sofa bed with a door leading onto the patio area. There is a separate Smart TV with free WiFi (log in to your Netflix or Amazon Prime) – a perfect space for entertaining, relaxing or catching up on your favourite shows.

We provide bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

We want you to enjoy your stay with us, and to make sure that you do, and for the sake of other residents, we ask you to respect the house rules:
No smoking inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please use the patio and clean up any debris caused by smoking
Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. In case of a security call-out due to noise disruption, this fee will be deducted from your deposit. We are not the anti-fun police, but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep
No pets
Please note that check out is by 11 am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests (£50 penalty charge per hour)
When you are ready to vacate the property, please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish. thank you
This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21; we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doub,t please contact us before booking
Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.
Full check-in information will be provided via email and SMS on the day of arrival once the damage deposit has been paid.
