Beatrice Manor is a luxury 4-bedroom 3-bathroom house situated in the heart of Southsea. With 4 generous bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, downstairs WC and 2 En-suite shower rooms, it can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.
Complete with spacious open plan kitchen and dining area, TV room, snug and enclosed garden with seating for 8. Located just a short walk from the city centre providing excellent access to local amenities and attractions.
Just 15 mins walk to Southsea beach, South Parade Pier and Canoe Lake which is a great area if you have kids with you.
It’s less than a mins walk to the bustling Albert Road with its vast selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, an eclectic mix of boutique shops and the beautiful Kings Theatre and the Westwood Rooms (live music venue).
Just a 10 min drive or taxi ride gets you to the Historic Dockyard where you can see the Mary Rose, HMS Victory and HMS Warrior plus a host of other exhibitions and to Gunwharf Quays for outlet shopping, plus more restaurants and bars and a cinema. Also in proximity, Southsea Castle, D-Day Museum, Royal Marines Museum, Natural History Museum, Blue Reef Aquarium, Clarence Pier (amusement park), Southsea Common and the Skate Park. All bedrooms have been created with great attention to detail. With hotel quality beds and linen, perfect to settle down in to after a long day.

It is also equipped with a Nescafé compatible coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with coffee pods, coffee, tea, sugar and milk sachets to get you started, so you don’t have to run to the shop as soon as you check in.
