In total, the property offers six comfortable bedrooms, including four double bedrooms, one twin room, one single bedroom, and an additional sofa bed in the living area, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Street parking is available in Stanley street, Sefton council free parking between 6pm and 8am, parking charges apply between 8am and 6pm., anytime loading and unloading from car is allowed at yellow line in front of the building entrance, there is nearby NCP parking at Southport train station, which is about £3.95 for 24 hours - please see NCP website for latest and long time parking charges.

It’s a town centre property, as you understand there is no parking in the building - however you can park right in front as street parking between 6pm to 8am is free, but chargeable by Sefton council during the day - the best place is to unload all your stuff and park in NCP parking at Southport station which costs £3.95 for 24 hours. [Loading and unloading is allowed for free at any time of the day in-front of the building entrance]
