In just 9 miles, you can reach York, home of the Jorvik Viking Centre, the magnificent minster, the renowned Shambles Market, the Roman Bath Museum and numerous historic buildings, including Barley Hall, a hidden medieval townhouse. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants here, too, of course. Further shopping can be found at the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, 9.5 miles away. For exhilarating walks and incredible views, head to the Yorkshire Wolds (10 miles) Howardian Hills (21 miles) or the North York Moors National Park (31 miles). Take the steps up to the decking and enter the open-plan living area, which features neutral walls and timber accents to create a calm space reflecting the natural surroundings. Enjoy the verdant views from this space through the dual-aspect windows and French doors. The kitchen area is equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious family meals, with a dining table for six adjacent.
