Boasting a fabulous hot tub, outdoor bar and delightfully large garden; if you can bear to tear yourself away from this lovingly restored Grade II-listed farmhouse, Norfolk’s magnificent countryside awaits to be explored. The charming Norfolk village of East Harling is surrounded by picturesque countryside, with the scenic Harling Woods (under 1 mile), a favourite spot for walkers and nature lovers providing countless scenic woodland trails to explore on foot or by bike. Harling Woods is a part of Thetford Forest with its mountain bike trails and canopy-top obstacle courses to conquer, plus some beautiful picnic spots. Explore the ancient markets, Georgian architecture, and picturesque scenery of the market town of Diss (11 miles), or enjoy a peaceful walk around the stunning Abbey Gardens in Bury St Edmunds (20 miles). For a day further afield, enjoy the diverse shopping, historic and cultural attractions in the city of Norwich (24 miles).

At the back of the kitchen, you’ll also find a utility room. Featuring a stylish colour palette and plenty of homely touches, the Garden Room is the perfect spot to sit back and relax at the end of a busy day, whilst also catering for an additional two guests as it features a handy sofa bed. Featuring a striking ornamental fireplace and exposed beams, the cosy lounge is brimming with charm and sophistication in equal measure. An elegant family bathroom completes the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find four peaceful bedrooms that all feature wonderful views to wake up to. Choose from a super-king-size room that converts to a twin on request and boasts an en-suite bathroom and an additional single bed, a super-king-size room with an en-suite shower room and an additional single bed, and a cosy twin which gives access to a double bedroom.
