House Rules
• The property sleeps 14 guests across 7 beds, up to 6 additional guests are allowed at the property if prior agreed with the hosts this totals 20. If more guests than this arrives everyone will be asked to leave without a refund.
• No Smoking within the property a charge of £250 will be made if evidence of smoking is found.
• No illegal drugs of any nature within the property fine of £250
• No shoes please additional cleaning charge may apply @ £25 an hour.
• No animals Fine £250 and will be asked to leave without refund.
• Anything left within the kitchen cupboards please feel free to use.
• No candles (Due to new fire regulations)
• Any vomit noticed within the property will require deep cleaning and will be charged at £150 a room.
• Do not disconnect smoke alarms – Fine £100 per alarm
• Please respect the neighbours, we would ask if external noise within the garden etc be kept low after 10PM as many of the surrounding properties have children. This is not to say you can’t still be using the garden just music volume should be kept low.
• Empty all Rubbish to external bins, at checkout if not fine £100
• Any kitchen dishes, pans and cutlery should be washed or placed into the dishwasher and set away prior to exiting the property.
• Tidy the house to the way you found it on exit please so our cleaners can clean, change bedding and reset the house for the next guests, if they need to tidy the entire place our next guests will be disappointed at check in and you may get charged.
