This prestigious building set off Paddington Basin features a concierge, lift service, CCTV and secure underground parking (parking at an additional charge).
The apartment offers easy access to superb transport links such as Paddington Train Station (Elizabeth Line, Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City, Circle, District lines and Heathrow Express) ,Edgware Road (Circle, District and Bakerloo lines).
We also employ a dedicated team of maintenance experts and provide a 24-hour emergency helpline.

The apartment is located in the prestigious building of 4B Merchant Square, close to the Paddington Basin. The building features a concierge, lift service, CCTV and secure underground parking. The block comprises of 60 luxury apartments set over 15 storeys, and benefits from a central location only minutes from Edgware Road tube station. Oxford Street, Connaught Village and the historic Hyde Park also just a 10-minute walk away.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
-Construction work is ongoing in the area around this home until approximately Middle of June 2025 – there will be scaffolding around the building, and not all the flats will be able to access the terraces or balcony. Flats located from the 15th to the 10th floor will be free from the scaffolding by the first week of March 2025. Please contact the property directly for more informations.
-Guests will receive a rental agreement and are bound by the contract which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. -Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit it`s payable before arrival.
-For stays above 28 nights a deposit starting from 2 weeks up to a month rental it's required.

Your nearest bus stop is Paddington Green Police Station (Stop EW) located a few minutes’ walk from Merchant Square 18/ 332/ N18. London underground is a great way to travel around London and your nearest tube stations are Edgware Road and Paddington serving the District line (green), Circle line (yellow), Bakerloo line (brown) and Hammersmith & City line (pink).
