Elegant apartment 10 minutes from the Vatican, in the heart of the Balduina residential neighborhood. Bright, well furnished, it is perfect for those looking for comfort and tranquility, while remaining well connected to the center of Rome by bus and train line FL3, with which in a few minutes you can reach San Pietro station and Gemelli Station. In addition, the Cyprus metro stop (Line A) is a 10-minute walk away. Being a tourist rental, Italian legislation does not allow you to provide food or drinks. QA-2024-33989

Additional Rules :
1) Guest Identification: according to Italian law every guest who stays in the house must be identified through their ID before being able to enter and stay; the host must then communicate the guest data to the police forces within 24 hours. (art. 109 TULPS).
2) Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (for late arrivals until 11:00 pm maximum there is a surcharge of €25)
3) Check-out: Check-out is by 10 AM. Please exit and lock the lock and leave the house in the same condition as it was found upon arrival.
4) Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee refers to a normal cleaning; if you use the dishes please wash them; do not leave the garbage in the house. If the house is left very dirty, the host reserves the right to photographic documentation to charge extra expenses.
5) Quiet hours: Please respect the silence from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am to ensure the rest of guests and neighbors.
6) No smoking: No smoking inside the house (including e-cigarettes). Guests are asked to use the designated outdoor areas (balcony) to smoke and properly dispose of cigarette butts.
7) Maximum number of guests /Outside Guests: The maximum number of guests allowed is limited to four people. Any additional unlisted guests are not allowed without prior permission from the host and identification. The municipal tourist tax varies depending on the number of guests as well as the apartment rate. Failure to notify any additional guests in time will not allow you to find the sofa bed ready for use.
8) Pet Policy: Pets of any size and breed are NOT allowed.
9) Respect of the property: Please treat the house and furnishings with care and respect. Any damage caused during the stay will be charged to the responsible guest.
10) Waste policy: Please dispose of waste properly by collecting plastic, glass, wet and undifferentiated.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and garbage disposal before checkout.
11) Party / Events : No parties/events; obligation to observe quiet hours
12) No Photography and Public Shooting
13) Keys : physical keys will not be available except in cases of malfunction of the home automation systems: access to the building and the apartment is via APP (Nuki) and Keypad (numeric code).
14) Video surveillance : There is a camera outside the apartment located on the entrance door for security reasons
15) Safety : There is a first aid box in the bathroom cabinet
16) Heating/Air Conditioning : the winter heating is centralized; the schedules and temperatures are established at the condominium level in compliance with the municipal regulations established by the mayor of Rome; The cooling by law is possible in periods when the outdoor temperature is greater than 26°C. The heat pumps in the apartment in addition to cooling can also provide hot air.
17) Non-accessible areas: a small room is intended for storage of the house with equipment useful for cleaning and maintenance and is not accessible.
