This self-catering apartment enters into the spacious hallway with doors leading to all rooms.

Kitchen: Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including electric oven and grill, electric hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Lounge/Dining: Comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to 8 people. Smart TV with Freeview. Double doors open out onto the peaceful decked area which overlooks the large enclosed garden, furnished with table and chairs.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite shower room: Double bed, Smart TV with Freeview. En-suite comprises shower unit, toilet and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds (both double with single over). Smart TV with Freeview.

Bedroom 3: Super-king bed (can be made into 2 singles on request).

Family bathroom: Enclosed shower unit, toilet and wash hand basin.

Utility room: Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, the large driveway provides parking for up to 4 cars. To the rear the enclosed garden features a raised decking area, furnished with outdoor table and chairs.

The apartment further benefits from WiFi and gas central heating throughout.
