This property is in a amazing location, you can walk to the seafront in less than 5 minutes in one direction and into central Southsea where all the bars and restaurants are in less than 10mins. You are just a short walk away from Canoe Lake, South Parade Pier, Southsea Model Village and the Southsea Rose Garden. In the other direction along the seafront there is Southsea Castle, The D-Day Story, Blue Reef Aquarium as well as many other seaside attractions that are all a short walk away. The Southsea Splash Pool, Pyramids Centre, Common and tennis courts are all close by also.
If shopping is your thing there are plenty of popular independent shops and boutiques in the areas of Palmerston Road, Marmion Road and Albert Road.
Gunwharf Quays offers many designer retail outlets and Commercial Road offers high street retailers.
There is on street parking nearby and permits can be provided.
As with all of Portsmouth, there is limited on street parking. It is available here and we do issue free permits but please note that it is not directly outside the property and there will be a short walk to the front door.
There is plenty of paid parking available in and around Portsmouth.
There is a Bus stop outside the property, with regular routes in and around Portsmouth, Southsea and Gunwharf Quays.
Fratton train station is a 20-minute walk from the property or a 5-minute drive.
You do have the option of hiring a Vio scooter which can be picked up from the many pick-up and drop-off points located around the area. Download the app for more information on this.
We hate rules and want you above all else to enjoy your stay with us & recommend us to your family and friends!
That being said, we do have a noise monitoring device and any antisocial behaviour or parties will not be tolerated during your stay, and if occurs you may be asked to leave.
There is a camera situated outside the front door to monitor the number of guests and is an added security measure.
