The maisonette is elegantly decorated with modern furnishing and features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with living room, dining area, bathroom with shower and washing machine, WC, unlimited WIFI internet and large balcony/terrace. The maisonette is built on two levels, 1st floor and 2nd floor. Modern furniture and décor feature throughout the house. There are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, the other with double bed. The open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen are located on the 2nd floor and access a large balcony/terrace, which offers breathtaking views to the sea and the surrounding olive groves. A 5th guest can be accommodated in a sofa bed in the living room. A dining table with chairs is available. There is air-conditioning in the living room. An electric fan is also available. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven and cooktop, large refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware and crockery for family meals preparation. There is a bathroom with shower and a WC Free unlimited WIFI internet is available for our guests. A private washing machine is available in the maisonette There is another 2-bedroom maisonette next door and a garden/land plot shared between the two houses. An outdoor shower is available in the garden. Private parking is available on-site Pets are welcome (rules apply). Smoking and parties are strictly not allowed. A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, hand over the keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc. We will be readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to guests by phone, throughout their stay. The property is 1 km from Agios Nikolaos, where a mini-market, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery butchers’, ATMs and medical centre can be found, in addition to taverns and cafes. More amenities can be found in Nikiti, which is 8kms away. The exotic, sandy beach of Trani Ammouda can be reached in just 4mins by car. There are many restaurants, beach bars and cafes along the coast.
