The Space:
This delightful villa, spanning 165m² over two levels, welcomes you with an entrance hall, well-equipped open kitchen, and a spacious living room with a fireplace.
The ground floor also features a separate toilet and a bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs, discover three bedrooms, a dressing room, and two bathrooms. Set on a 3,000m² estate with green and white oak trees, the villa offers numerous shady spots. Enjoy outdoor spaces, including a large sun terrace with a dining table, a summer lounge, a covered terrace with a second dining table, and a Weber gas barbecue.

The private 8.5mx3.5m swimming pool is secured with an alarm system and can be heated upon request for an additional fee. Sun loungers, swings, and hammocks are available for relaxation, along with a spacious pétanque area situated behind the swimming pool.
Pets are welcome in the villa, but approval from the owner is required. Kindly submit your request during the booking process.

For little ones, the owners have thoughtfully included a crib, a high chair, and two Tripp Trapp chairs. Children can also enjoy a swing and easy pool access via a wide entry staircase.
