The space
The hallway and stairs leads to 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a family room with kingsize bed and adjoining room providing a single bed suitable for a child. It has en-suite facilities and two large wardrobes. Bedroom 2 is a superior kingsize bed which can be separated into 2 single beds. It is a spacious room with a large wardrobe and mountain views. Opposite is a family bathroom which is bright and fitted to a high standard. Bedroom 3 is a small double bed with chest of draws and views to the north. Downstairs the dining room comfortably seats 6 with garden views. This area can also be used as a quiet / working space. The living area is relaxing with 3 sofas, smart TV and coffee table. Patio doors open to south facing enclosed garden with decking, patio and outdoor cushioned furniture. The garden can be accessed without entering the house allowing dirty bikes, dogs and boots to be washed using an outside tap. Wet jackets and boots can be stored in drying space .The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.
