The house comes with a newly fitted fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, a newly fitted downstairs bathroom with shower/bath, a courtyard garden with purpose built covered bicycle storage and back gate access, a bench and outdoor table and seating. Upstairs, there are 2 comfortable double bedrooms with built in storage/wardrobe areas. The house comes with high speed broadband wifi* and high quality fans are provided for hot weather.
Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive access to the whole house and will not be distrubed during their stay. Access is via a private front door. There is also access at the back, via a garden gate.
The Neighborhood:
Ross Street is located very centrally and is just off Cambridge's wonderful and bohemian Mill Road. With its very central location and plethora of amenities - restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. Mill Road is the perfect place to stay in Cambridge. The City Centre is just a 20 minute walk away.
Getting Around:
Free on street parking. Plenty of bus stops nearby. The train station is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. Cambridge is served by excellent taxi companies including Uber and Panther Taxis. 20 minute walk to city centre.
Other Things to Note:
A travel cot and highchair are provided at the property, but we would not recommend that young children use the stairs on their own - please take care on the stairs as they are quite steep with just one banister, there is also a step immediately outside the bedrooms.
There is a high speed fibre optic WiFi connection.
