Syracuse visited the settlement of Solarino. Solarino is the smallest town in the province of Syracuse but has the highest population density after Syracuse and Floridia. Its importance in the province comes primarily from the processing of agricultural products. Every year, the majority of olive production and approximately 80% of the Sicilian almonds is processed here. A blooming and peaceful countryside surrounds the city and offers a relaxing holiday in a Mediterranean landscape. For all them who
still are looking for the waves of the seaside, will find the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and beautiful rocky beaches at less than 24 km from Solarino.

Distances from Villa Le Pigne: all facilities, bars about 1,5 km, bus stop about 2 km, restaurant/pizzeria about 1,5 km, newspaper kiosk about 2,0 km. Supermarket 1,5 km. Open from Monday - Sunday: Penny Market at 7 km (in Floridia), a mall and Lidl in Syracuse.

Approximately 1,5 km from the town centre of Solarino and hide away in a quiet and typically Mediterranean landscape is this private property of approximately 1.500 square meters with a private above-ground pool and tennis court.

External accommodation: As already mentioned, the terrace can be easily reached from all rooms in the house. This is equipped with garden furniture with seating and a breakfast table, which, thanks to a pull-out cover, allows you to enjoy your morning coffee in the shade as well as dining outdoors.
Adjacent to the terrace is the barbecue area with an outdoor BBQ (charcoal) which already overlooks the path that leads to the pool.
Surrounded by olive trees, you then reach the above-ground pool (9.50x4.30m open from 01.05 to 30.09), which is available to guests for their sole use. There are additional seating and lounge options right next to the pool where you can dry off in the sun after a refreshing swim. On a small lawn and between two trees there is a hammock in the shade where you can be lulled to sleep by the song of crickets.

A private tennis court is also available to guests. Tennis rackets for two adults and balls are provided free of charge. No use of floodlights possible.

This nice and small detached house with a living space of around 65 square meters is functionally furnished for up to 3 people and offers all the comforts to ensure a carefree and relaxing holiday.

Through the entrance door you reach the bright living room with dining table and sofa with a comfortable sofa bed. This room also contains the house's air conditioning, which provides cold and warm air in the other rooms, and a flat screen with satellite TV. WiFi is of course also available.

Centrally located, the living room also provides access to the other rooms in the house. On the left side is the fully equipped kitchen with 4 gas stoves, microwave, electric oven, toaster and espresso machine (classic espresso maker) and a coffee capsule machine (coffee capsules are self-made to acquire).

On the right side of the living room you can reach the bedroom with a double bed and bathroom en suite. This consists of a shower, sink & toilet. There is also a foldable sofa bed in the bedroom, so that the third person can choose whether they would like to sleep in the bedroom or on the more comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Portable cot and high chair are available and included. Washing machine available.
It is worth mentioning that all three rooms have direct access to the terrace located in front of the house.
It is compulsory to leave the kitchen clean (washed dishes, rubbish thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture tidied up), otherwise € 50 will be charged for this extra cleaning.
