It is located on the lower ground floor with stair access. Whether you're a history buff, a foodie, or a shopping enthusiast, our studio caters to all. The peaceful surroundings offer a welcome retreat after a day of exploring, and the excellent transport links make it a strategic choice for your London stay.

It is designed with open living, dining, sleeping and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a plush sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, an armchair, and a door leading onto a furnished garden entrance, perfect for unwinding.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Note: Kindly note that the heating and hot water cannot be operated simultaneously with the cooking appliances. To switch between the two, there is a clearly labelled switch located in the living room for your convenience.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Lancaster Gate is an elegant and picturesque neighbourhood in the Westminster borough of London. Known for its stunning Victorian architecture, beautiful garden squares, and proximity to Hyde Park, Lancaster Gate offers a mix of tranquillity and accessibility.

The well-connected area makes exploring London's vibrant cultural scene easy while enjoying this residential enclave's charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Paddington, is just a 5-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

We have partnered with Hussle, which offers one complimentary gym pass to a nearby gym per stay. You will receive information before you check in for your stay on how to access this. Please note there are no gym facilities on site and you will need to coordinate directly with Hussle on obtaining your complimentary gym pass. Terms, conditions and date restrictions may apply.
