The Annexe is a fully self-contained accommodation, situated adjacent to the main house but with its own private entrance. Part of a former farm complex and an original threshing barn converted into a family home, this separate annexe has 2 bedrooms, a well-equipped galley kitchen and a shower room with a walk in shower. With accommodation arranged across the ground floor with optional access to a mezzanine office via a ladder staircase, the annex has been furnished with love and care. The open-plan living area is flooded with natural light and boasts a cosy seating area where you can curl up with a good book, enjoy a glass of wine or binge a few boxsets on the Smart TV after busy days having fun.
Sitting pretty on the cliff top, only 350m from the sea, you will find yourself amidst some of the area’s best beaches which are sure to delight year-round. If you can tear yourself away from this relaxing retreat, whether you are hoping to sunbathe, paddle, enjoy a bit of wild swimming or undertake a blustery off season walk to blow away the cobwebs, walk off some of the great food that you will find in the villages and towns in this part of the county. You will be very well catered for and spoilt for choice. Visit BeWILDerwood or take a trip on the historic North Norfolk Railway on the Bure Valley Line. Head east and discover Thrigby Wildlife Park and explore the Golden Mile with all the fun of the fair at Great Yarmouth. Closer still, enjoy a walk along Cromer Promenade and stop for a bite to eat on the pier, then head to Blakeney for a seasonal boat trip out to see the seals. Better still, you are in the perfect place to enjoy the three big Norfolk draws as not only are you totally coastal, but you are also just half an hour from the Norfolk Broads and around 45 minutes from the city.
