Our bright apartment is located on the first floor & comes with two bedrooms, one with an en suite and an additional bathroom. Additionally, we have comfortable sofa beds, large windows and a spacious kitchen.
This beautiful apartment is located close to all Liverpool's main attractions , such as the Albert Dock, Mathew Street and the shopping district Liverpool ONE.
No need to travel by public transport or taxi!

With all linen, towels and cooking basics provided you have all you need to start you off on a great stay seeing all Liverpool has to offer.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment, walking through communal areas to get there. Make yourself at home!
The Neighborhood:
This fabulous apartment is located just a few minutes walk away from the most attractive places in Liverpool and therefore a great choice for all travellers who like to save their money and time using taxi or public transport.
Your 10-minute walk from the apartment to Albert Docks will be a true pleasure as you will be passing by the financial district which is surrounded by beautiful architecture!
Getting Around:
Our apartment is under a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station, Moorfields and only a 10 minute walk away from the main bus station at Liverpool One!
There is no parking available at the property, however, there is a NCP 24 hour secure car park a 4 minute walk to the apartment at £17 for 24hours.
Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 4 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
