This recently renovated stunning two-bedroom sleeps 6 townhouse is the perfect base for families and friends looking to explore Margate and the nearby seaside towns of Broadstairs and Ramsgate. The stylish accommodation has been furnished with comfort in mind and offers a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, primary living space, a snug room/room with sofa bed, private garden and to top it all off 4 person hot tub.
Hot tub safety is very important and this is why the lead guest should ensure anyone using the hot tub during their stay has read and understands the hot tub do's and don't when using it . A copy of this can be found in the digital guide and at the property or you can ask your host to email you a copy.

We also kindly ask our guests not to use the hot tub after 10.00 pm and to generally be considerate of our neighbours when in the garden.

Please note that only 1 bath towel is provided per guest, so please bring your own towel to use after being in the hot tub. Bathroom towels are not to be used for the hot tub. Thank you.

Due to the central location of the property the parking in the square is 1 hour No return within 1 hour Mon – Sat 8am to 6pm or Permit holders only (there are no permits for this accommodation). Unrestricted and residential street parking and paid for parking is close by and withing a 5 minute walk - further details will be shared with your check-in information.

The heating is controlled via a smart app and is set to come on for timed periods AM and PM. The heating can also be controlled via the boiler thermostat and the valves on the radiators - clear video instructions on use are provided at the accommodation and in the digital guidebook.
This property is conveniently located near independent shops, charming cafes, bars, and restaurants, and only a short walk away from the famous Margate Main Sands.
Throughout this beautiful home, you will notice the attention to detail in the decor and furnishings for example, the numerous beautiful cushions, rugs, art and books. Add in the great location and the hot tub and this really is an amazing place to stay.

The property is set over several floors and a central wooden spiral stair case connects the main living area, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Guests with mobility and visual impairments, and very young infants may struggle with the stairs in the building, including the steps down to the snug in the basement.

KITCHEN/DINING
With a modern and sleek design, the fully equipped kitchen area is perfect for cooking a meal for your loved ones and friends. There’s an oven and hob, SMEG fridge/freezer and lots of space for preparation. The kitchen also has a dining area with adequate seating for all guests. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and some cooking basics are also provided.

LIVING AREAS
The primary cosy living room has a large comfy sofa and armchair, a smart TV with Chromecast and log burner. The large bay windows flood in plenty of natural light, creating a cosy and comfortable space that's perfect for winding down with a book in front of the warm glow of the log burner.

Down the quirky stairs to the basement level, you will find the snug room/additional sleeping space, with a "bed in a button" fold out bed for 2 guests, sofa and smart TV with Chromecast.

BEDROOM 1
The main bedroom oozes charm and character and is finished to a high standard. With a double bed, reading chair and storage for all your clothes and belongings this room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Margate. Fresh linen and towels provided for all guests. There's also a hairdryer .

BEDROOM 2
The twin bedroom gives a cheerful, seaside feeling with warm lighting and retro soft furnishings. There are two single beds great for guests of all ages.

BATHROOM
There is a stunning tiled bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin. Sufficient toiletries are provided.

GARDEN
The well-lit, private garden area is home to outside seating perfect for alfresco drinks. Here you will also find the true gem of the property... a 4 seater hot tub! (please bring own towel for hot tub) Spend the day de-stressing and relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the outdoor space before an evening stroll along the seafront.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Margate train station is approx 20 minutes by foot and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Margate and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: the Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

The Eurotunnel train at Calais will transport you to Folkestone in just 35 minutes. From there it is approximately a 1 hour drive to Thanet on the A20 and A256, follow the signs to Margate.
