This one-bedroom apartment in London is the perfect retreat for couples looking to explore the city. The property offers the added convenience of private parking within the building, ensuring that you have a secure and hassle-free place to leave your vehicle during your stay.

The open space design blends the kitchen and living room, providing a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, a clothes dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom features a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Kensington and Chelsea is situated in the heart of London, bordered by the boroughs of Westminster to the east, Hammersmith and Fulham to the west, and Westminster and Camden to the north. It is also located near the River Thames.

The borough is one of the wealthiest areas in London, with a high concentration of luxury properties and affluent residents. It is known for its exclusive neighbourhoods and upscale shopping districts.

Heathrow Airport is a 39-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

We have partnered with Hussle, which offers one complimentary gym pass to a nearby gym per stay. You will receive information before you check in for your stay on how to access this. Please note there are no gym facilities on site and you will need to coordinate directly with Hussle on obtaining your complimentary gym pass. Terms, conditions and date restrictions may apply.
