The kitchen is equipped, with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage.
There is a living area with a sofa bed and a flat screen where you can relax after a day in the city.
You also have access to a large terrace to enjoy your time with your friends and family.
The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay.
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

The property is properly cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Fontainhas is a must-visit area for those who want to contemplate the landscape of Douro, Vila Nova de Gaia and the city of Porto itself. In this viewpoint you can enjoy relaxing moments full of breath-taking sceneries. You can see the Douro River and its activities; the margin of Vila Nova de Gaia and Serra do Pilar Monastery; and you can also see four bridges of Porto.

Porto is a fascinating city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay.
There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes.
The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends.
There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines.
It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.

The nearest airport to our apartment is Francisco Sá Carneiro, which is 27 minutes away. You can also visit around by bus which is easily accessible from our place.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
