It is a great budget-friendly base for exploring and enjoying the best of what Brighton has to offer! Bars, cafe's restaurants, shopping, nightclubs etc are all within walking distance. Ideal holiday home for friends & families!f
 The perfect location to call home while you are staying in Brighton. It is a traditional Victorian townhouse that has been furnished to create a lovely home from home, newly decorated throughout, carefully chosen accessories, a contemporary kitchen and two shower rooms.
Bars, cafe's restaurants, shopping, nightclubs are all within walking distance. The beach is 2 mins walk away, at the bottom of the street! Ideal property for friends & families!
Lower Ground Floor
Kitchen/Dining- The door under the stairs in the living room leads down to the kitchen/dining space. Contemporary fitted units, washing machine and everything you need to self cater. However there are so many fabulous local eat out options you probably won’t use the kitchen!
There is a dining table which fits against the wall, but it is cleverly designed to pull out and extend so if you did want to eat in it’s possible to do so.
Ground Floor
Living Room-  has been stylishly furnished with two Futon Company sofas- one converts into a double sofa bed to sleep 2. There is a large LCD TV on the wall and free WIFI for guests to log into. Sleeps 2 guests.
Bathroom 1- There is a fully tiled shower room with large rainfall shower, WC and wash basin off the living room.
First Floor
Bedroom 1 - has new twin pine single beds and a good quality chair bed from The Futon Company. Sleeps 3 guests.
Bathroom 2 - There is a contemporary bathroom with walk in rainfall shower, an extra hand held shower head, WC and wash basin.
Please note there is no bath in the property.
Second Floor
Bedroom Two - has another set of new twin pine single beds. There is also a single Futon Company chair bed for an additional guest. Sleeps 3.
Bedroom Three- has new twin pine single beds. Sleeps 2
Access Information
There are a couple of stone steps leading up to the front door - this leads straight into the living room.


Housekeeping on call if there are any issues
Always best to explore our wonderful city on foot!
But we have an excellent bus service that will take you all over the city! Ther seafront busses will take you East to Brighton Marina, Rottingdean and beyond! Or West to Hove, Shoreham, Lancing and Worthing.
Parking info: There is no on-site parking at this property. You can park on the seafront for £5.20 for 11 hours (please check the parking signs). For alternative parking ideas, please visit yourparkingspace

Do enjoy yourselves but please respect the residential neighbourhood and keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and especially after 10.00pm.
We respectfully advise that should we receive complaints concerning your behaviour and specifically noise especially outside, we reserve the right to permanently withhold all of your security/damage deposit. We employ a local security company will be called if neighbours complain about noise. There will also be a charge for any call outs.
