Access to the apartment is from the rear of the property only. Once through the gate, allocated car parking space is on the left in front of the relevant garage. On your right you will see the rear of the property, to access, head across the short path, down a few steps and entry is via the conservatory door to the left.

Nestled in the heart of Gunton, on the waters edge, this property benefits from stunning sea views. It is positioned in the main town of Lowestoft which is home to award-winning sandy beaches. A short walk and you'll be by the seaside, with sparrows nest gardens a short stroll away too, featuring a restaurant and café amongst the greenery.
Getting Around:
Within walking distance is the delightful Sparrows Nest Gardens as well as a brand new children's play park and Italian restaurant.
