The “Policlinico” metro station is just 5 minutes walk away and 2 stops away from both main Rome train stations (Termini and Tiburtina) and just 3 stops away from Colosseum and Imperial Fora.
The apartment is located a few minutes walk away (10 mins) from "La Sapienza" University (main public university in Rome) and from "Umberto I" general hospital.

The apartment is composed by a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a living room with a dining area, a 2nd bedroom/studio with a sofa double bed (185cm X 140cm), a kitchen, another bathroom (sink, toilet and bidet) and a spacious paved garden furnished to relax and enjoy meals outside.

The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, TV, autonomous air conditioning (in the double bedroom and in the living room), heating, oven, Nespresso machine, wash&dry machine, dishwashing machine.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment

If requested by guests we can provide advice and suggestions on:
- private taxi service to and from airports (Fiumicino/Ciampino) or train stations
- dedicated guided tours to archeology sites or museums
Upon check-in the guest will be requested to sign a rental agreement.
For stays shorter than 2 weeks final cleaning fees amount is 100 euros and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
For stays equal to or longer than 2 weeks final cleaning fees amount is 150 euros and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
