A beautiful Nottingham home located in a quiet prestigious area, furnished and decorated to a show home standard. Guests will have the whole property to themselves, with a private drive way, and lovely private garden with a patio and lawn.

The space
This beautiful modern three storey townhouse accommodates up to 5 guests, with one king size bedroom, one double bedroom, and one single bedroom. There is one full ensuite and also a family bathroom. Downstairs, guests will enjoy an open plan living/kitchen diner, with a fully accessible kitchen, a seating area with a dedicated working area.

There is a lovely well maintained garden with a patio and lawn - great for the family to enjoy time together. The garden is equipped with garden furniture.

The property is based in a quiet cul-de-sac spot with good transport links into city centre. Sherwood high street and Woodthorpe park is a 10 minute walk away.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property with no restrictions.

Guests will have access to the whole property without any shared areas. Guests will also have access to a private, well maintained garden to the rear.

Other things to note

Standard check-in time is 3.00pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11.00am.
*Please note for any stays longer than 10 days, and addition mid-stay clean (including new linen and towels) will be required to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained within the property.

Please note, strictly no parties or loud music, any rule breaking a £250.00 fee will apply.

Please note that a fee of £100.00 will be charged for lost keys or keys left inside the property, please be careful with them. There will also be a £100 charge if the car parking permit is lost and needs to be replaced.

My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and soap.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
