Welcome to our iconic 4-bedroom villa, superbly positioned on the
seafront of Valletta. Flaunting a breathtaking sea view, stunning pool,
and charming outdoor area, this villa is the perfect destination for a
peaceful, rejuvenating holiday. Moreover, its location in the heart of
Valletta, Malta's capital city, ensures a captivating journey through
history.
The villa, dating back to the era of the Knights of St John and later
utilized as an English Navy laboratory barrack during World War II,
seamlessly marries history and modern comforts. The transformation into
a stylish holiday home has been thoughtfully executed, preserving its
unique authenticity. Step through the marbled front doorway into an
open, sky-lit hall, punctuated by arches and stairways that whisper
stories from a bygone era.
The kitchen and dining area, enhanced by traditional wooden beams and
expansive bay windows, overlook the mesmerizing harbor and Sliema
shore. The fully-equipped kitchen ensures a delightful culinary
experience. The living area, with neutral-colored sofas and armchairs,
blends seamlessly with the honey-colored stone walls and contemporary
parquet flooring, embodying a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The entertainment area leads to the sleeping quarters, boasting three
comfortable bedrooms. Two are on the ground floor - one with a double
bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, and the other with three
single beds. Another bathroom with a shower enclosure is also on this
level. The third bedroom on the first floor houses a double bed and a
single bed, its stone arches a testament to its age, and an en-suite
bathroom with a shower cubicle. Additionally, there's another bedroom
with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle.
The outdoor area, the villa's crown jewel, exhibits a stunning 6m x 4m
pool, surrounded by decking and a 2m x 2m Jacuzzi. An outdoor table and
chairs for ten people, along with a gas BBQ, beckon for alfresco dining
under the stars, amid splendid views and a gentle sea breeze.

Valletta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a treasure trove of Baroque
architecture, punctuated by elements of Mannerist, Neo-Classical, and
Modern styles. Named after Jean Parisot de Valette, who defended the
island from an Ottoman invasion in 1565, the city's grandeur is best
embodied by its proud nickname - Superbissima.
The house is exactly located next to Valletta-Sliema ferry. Also the bus stop is up the road. For those opting to rent a car, parking is also possible next to the house, however, no reservation is possible. Parking is free on first come first served basis for all public.
