The Neighborhood:
Welcome to the charming city of Matosinhos, Porto, Portugal! Located on Rua de Brito Capelo, you'll be on one of the city's main local shopping streets, it's a completely pedestrianized street and the metro line with a direct connection to the city of Porto passes in front of the apartment building. Brito Capelo Metro Station is just 2 minutes from the apartment, so you won't be short of options for getting around.

Around the apartment you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. A must-visit is the Matosinhos Municipal Market, 350 meters from the apartment, where you'll find a variety of fresh fish, vegetables, local and regional products from the north of the country.

On Avenida Serpa Pinto and its perpendiculars you'll find the most popular restaurant options for eating fish and the traditional fresh sardines and seafood.

Due to its beaches and waves, the city of Matosinhos has been very popular for surfing, and you'll find many surf schools in the area.

For those who like to go further afield, we suggest walking along the walkways along the beaches of Leça da Palmeira, or visiting the famous city of Porto.For this, the number 500 bus starts in front of the Municipal Market, passes by Matosinhos Beach, Foz, the banks of the Douro River up to Ribeira and finishes in front of the beautiful São Bento Train Station, after which you can venture out into the beautiful city of Porto.

Other Things to Note:
We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! You just have to request it (price on request);

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. After check-out time without permits, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request (price on request).

To make Matosinhos more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into force.
The fee of €2.00 is not included in the price of the stay and applies to guests over the age of 16. It is charged per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
