This west facing two bedroom first floor apartment overlooks the 12th hole of the Jack Nicklaus designed Alhama Signature golf course with unravelled views over the course and its lakes to the surrounding mountains. With a large terrace it is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the setting sun. Nearby is a large communal swimming pool and designated car parking space. The Al Kasar Commercial Centre with its bars and restaurants is a short five minute stroll away.
Normal electricity consumption is included in the rental price. The apartment has a meter connected to the air conditioning, €10 usage is included per stay, additional units can be purchased on site from the management company.
A representative of the management company, Military Breaks Plus, will be available at all times by telephone during your stay. Additionally they will offer in-person support/maintenance when needed and they have a onsite office open during weekday mornings in Al Kasar, the main commercial centre of the resort.
Al Kasar town centre is only a ten minute stroll along a palm lined avenue where you will find a large well stocked supermarket, a good variety of bars and restaurants, a gym, furniture shop, hairdressers, dentist, property management, estate agents and ATM's.
Between Narjanos 6 & 7 is the entrance to the Jack Nicklaus designed Alhama Signature Par 72, 6884m Championship golf course with practise facilities, driving range, clubhouse with pro shop, buggy and club hire and its own snack bar with wonderful views to the surrounding mountains.
On the other side of the resort between Jardine 5&7 is the Condado club with its own bar and restaurant, padel and tennis courts and football area.
The apartment provides an ideal bas to explore the Mazarron area and is located around 25 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Bolneuvo, Percheles , La Azohia, and the seaside town of Puerto de Mazarron with marina, beaches, bars and restaurants.
The mountains of the Sierra Espuna nature reserve are a short drive away with walking trails, quad biking, kayaking mountaineering and numerous cycleways. The bright lights of Murcia city are around forty minutes away as is the historic walled city of Cartagena with its natural harbour defended by forts and a remarkable roman theatre.
Condado de Alhama is a very safe, secure and gated community with 24 hour manned security. The resort is patrolled by security guards and there is CCTV in the main common areas. For access please have your booking confirmation and ID ready when you arrive at the entrance to the resort.
Guests will have full private access via stairs or elevator to the apartment and the instructions for key collection. The exact location of the apartment will be sent prior to arrival by Whats App and email.
Apartments in the Penthouse Blocks are accessed by an elevator and stairs.
This stylishly furnished two bedroom first floor apartment is conveniently located within the resort of Condado de Alhama, overlooking the 12th hole of the golf course and a few minutes walk away from the club house and 1st Tee. There is an excellent fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with cable TV, including 100Mb wifi, a dining area both inside or outside on the private terrace with comfortable patio sitting and a gas bbq. The accommodation includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes and plenty of hangar storage. Linen and towels are provided. The main bedroom patio doors lead onto the terrace and a modern shower room completes the accommodation. There is no smoking permitted within the apartment and pets are not allowed. For your convenience we can arrange special requests, cot hire, baby chair hire and starter grocery packs.
A car is highly recommended when on holiday in the resort. Airport transfers and taxi hire are available by arrangement. Buses to local attractions are also offered on a limited and seasonal basis.
Journey time to Alicante (ALC) airport is 75 minutes and Corvera (RMU) airport less than 30 minutes
