Summary:
Church Heights is a top floor, high ceilings studio apartment in the building.

The Space:
It can sleep up to 3 people.

The king size bed in the living space can be split into two single beds on request. There's also a sofa chair bed which folds out to create a single bed.

Church Heights overlooks the Holy Trinity Church the the church grounds.

Please note that there's a staircase within the apartment space so this property might not be suitable for small children. We have another apartment within the block - Church View. Church View is on one level internally but there's a staircase leading to the apartment entrance.

Guest Access:
Each apartment has a keyless entry. You will be sent an automated message with a timed code 24 hours before your check-in time.

The Neighborhood:
Horwich is a vibrant, picturesque and bustling town located close to the University of Bolton stadium, home to Bolton Wanderers and to Middlebrook Retail and Leisure Park.

The quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.

We have a team available in case of any issues with the maintenance of the properties or a need for a call-out but our interactions will be done mostly online and we're not usually available in person.
