Elegant and cozy apartment in Palazzo de Gregorio, noble residence near the Port of Palermo, a 30 minutes walk from via Maqueda.

The apartment is located inside the main area of the building, accessible by lift, and has been recently renovated, transforming three floors into 9 apartments furnished with design elements and elegant antiques. Some of these apartments overlook the courtyard while others overlook the alley that runs along the Palace.

The apartment, featuring ceilings with wooden beams and elegant details on the walls, opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine. The sleeping area boasts a queen-size bed, bedside tables and a television. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Palazzo De Gregorio is a sumptuous historic residence of the mid-eighteenth century inhabited by the late 700 by the De Gregorio family and located near the Port of Palermo. The Palace, with its rooms and lounges, is built around an internal courtyard with a fountain in the style of a rocaille. Its halls today are used to host parties and events and retain the style, furniture and pomp of the time. The Palace hosted illustrious guests such as Lord Nelson and Lady Hamilton and Richard Wagner during the period of Parsifal’s composition.

*The building is currently subject to renovation. Due to these renovation works, there could be some noise from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Palazzo de Gregorio is located 30 minutes walk from the historic center of Palermo (Via Maqueda), 20 minutes walk from Cala, The bus stop towards the center 10 minutes walk. Palermo Central Station is 5.6 km from the apartment, while Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is a 35-minute drive away.
