Welcome to our stylish 4 bedroom home that's perfect for groups up to 7.

There's room to stretch out and enjoy the peace after a long day of work or sightseeing. We've designed our fully-renovated home with you in mind; we want everyone to enjoy Cambridge at our home away from home. We're happy to share all of our top tips for getting the most out of your time here; or if you fancy a night in, there's Netflix and Amazon Prime included, and plenty of books and games if you're after some quiet time. You can enjoy leisurely dinners around our solid oak dining table.

You'll have all of our light and airy home to yourselves during your stay. Super-fast wifi is included as standard, as are miniature toiletries, hairdryers in each bedroom and tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen, along with cloths, tea towels and dishwasher tablets.

SUPER KING BEDROOM
The largest of our bedrooms enjoys an enormous super-king bed. There’s hanging and shelf space for your clothes, and a hair dryer is included as standard. This room gets the morning sun and is lovely to wake up in.

KING BEDROOM
Our second bedroom has a John Lewis King sized bed and 3 built-in wardrobes with drawers included. There’s a desk area which can be used for getting ready or working, plenty of plug sockets and there’s even a two-seater sofa to give that hotel suite feel. There are stairs leading to our amazing attic room.

DOUBLE BEDROOM
Our attic bedroom has a double bed nestled into the eaves and is lovely for getting away from it all. In this spacious room, there’s a dedicated workspace/dressing table, hair dryer included, and full length and table mirrors.

SINGLE ROOM
Our single bedroom might be the smallest of the four, but it packs a lot in! The raised single bed has a super thick mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep. Underneath there is a drawer storage and a hairdryer. There are shelves with books for you to enjoy, and a wardrobe with hanging and shelf space. There’s also a dedicated work station/dressing table too.

BATHROOM
We love our bathroom! The double sinks were an added luxury that we couldn't resist, we hope you enjoy them. There's plenty of storage behind the lit mirrors and in the drawers under the sinks. Whether you want a hot, powerful shower or a long soak in the tub, the bathroom has everything you need. The included miniature toiletries are an added luxury.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is one of my favourite rooms, I feel relaxed every time I walk into it. We've fully stocked it with plenty of cookware, pots and pans, china, glasses and everything you need to cook up a feast. And there's still lots of space for your food in the high gloss cupboards. There is a washing machine and dishwasher included, large American-style fridge freezer and double oven. If you're after a quiet coffee over breakfast, you can relax at our kitchen dining table and enjoy looking out into our patio garden.

LOUNGE/DINER
In the lounge/diner, there are stylish and comfortable sofas, smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime included, games and books. There's a large solid oak dining table to seat everyone in your group and another dedicated workstation.

We have a high chair, cot bed and bed rail available upon request.

THE LOCAL AREA
There is free on-street parking available directly outside.

Our home is located in North Cambridge which is handy for getting into the city centre but we’re also just a few minutes drive from the Cambridge Business Park and the Cambridge Science Park. The A14 is also just a couple of minutes drive away so we’re quickly and easily connected to other parts of Cambridgeshire and the UK.

There’s a chinese food & fish and chips takeaway, and a Tesco Express convenience store (with ATM) 2 minutes’ walk away, and a choice of two pubs that serve great food within a 10 minute walk.

If you want to head into the city centre but don’t want to drive, the number 1 bus will zip you straight into Jesus Green for a leafy walk into the city centre, Emmanuel Street if you want to hit the shops and onto the train station, Addenbrookes Hospital, Cherry Hinton, and onto the village of Fulborn. Buses run regularly from around the corner, just 1 minute walk away.
