The kitchen is independent and has access to an outdoor yard with a breakfast table and chairs and a shower to cool off when you come back from the beach. The bathroom has a shower with hydromassage to relax after a day of sun and sea.The accommodation is located in one of the most emblematic buildings of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, with a large central patio and a private parking space. It also has a smart lock that allows you to access the apartment with your mobile phone, without the need of physical keys.  Access and Accommodation Instructions  1.⁠ ⁠Building Gate Access:    - At any of the portals, you must call the intercom using the code assigned to your apartment ( 402 + doorbell ).    - Press the EXTERIOR GATES lock link on your mobile to unlock access.  2.⁠ ⁠Access to Portal 6:    - After passing the main gate, go to Portal 6 and repeat the unlocking process using EXTERIOR GATES .  3.⁠ ⁠Apartment Access:    - Press the GROUND B lock link on your mobile and turn the knob to the right.    - Alternatively, you can use the access code ( the last four digits of your phone number + # or key symbol ).  Parking Location:  📍 Address: Calle Calzada de la Infanta 11  🚗 Parking Spot: 101  🔑 The remote control is inside the apartment.  Water Heater Usage 🚿🔥:    - The heater is located in the patio.    - To ensure proper functioning, leave the door slightly open for ventilation .    - Then, turn on the hot water tap in the kitchen to confirm proper operation.    - Due to the distance, hot water may take a few minutes to reach the bathroom.    - Important: During a shower, every time you close the tap, you must reopen it from the hot water position , not cold.  Garbage Disposal:  🗑 Location: When exiting the building, towards Avenida del V Centenario, on the left.
