Conveniently located with its abundance of bars, restaurants, shops and cafes on the doorstep, the property is ideally suited to both families and groups of friends alike.
The Space:
The property features a spacious open plan living space with plenty of seating for 8. A delightful cooks kitchen with everything one would need for a light breakfast or gourmet meal plus a beautiful feature fireplace for cosy nights in whilst watching a movie on the 75" TV.
To the first and second floors there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms (3 of which are ensuite, one remains separate as this contains the bath that could be used by the rest of the house.) Each Bed is able to be split into singles as well as the king layout in the pictures.
One of the bedrooms has a wonderful Juliette balcony looking over the rooftops of Ambleside and the fells above, a perfect spot for people watching.
One the ground floor there is a utility room with Washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a cloakroom WC.
There is parking for two cars in a tandem configuration as well as a neat patio space for that evening glass of wine or morning coffee.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole of the property throughout your stay as well as the private parking spaces solely for your use.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Ambleside's town centre, this property offers conveniently central accommodation to explore the central Lake District and surrounding areas. Its unique setting with parking will provide a great home for your next Lake District stay!
Getting Around:
We love the fact that many walks can be undertaken directly from the door and if you wish to travel further afield there is a regular bus service with the bus station less than a 3 minute walk away.

We Live locally - we are available at anytime and happy to offer any advice regarding how to make the best of your Lake District Stay. We are keen walkers and enjoy dining out in the many restaurants in the local area.
