From begining got lost on the way to place asking local to talk to him on the phone, him saying ill meet you in 5min threw me into SUCH an anxiety!! He doesnt CARE about his guest just money

I finally made it opened my trunk asked if he could help.me get luggage out of car
His says. If you want me to. I felt like a burden to even ask. Unlike where i iam now, lady actually grabs my luggage and carries it up the stairs!! To see a man who is so stingy with his time and energy as a property manager and the first one you see is disturbimg and disappointing.
I asked how to work the washer. His response. I dont know google it.. It took the neighbour a whole 16 seconds to show me.
Internet went out few times he let me know he cant respond immediately gave me his hours when i can contact and when not? I relied on internet for my business so if the problem was on the weekend i lost money. Couldnt even get a response on where else to go to not lose appointment.
only way he respond when you contact head booking wonderful Italy and he tells you dont bother contacting them they have nothing to do with it
They contact him right away and he connects. To feel like it is CHORE to be a guest for vacation leaves a bitter taste in your mouth
now in naples not even a minute goes by before propert manager responses! It really put into contrast this place.
