Small apartment in the heart of Genoa, a few steps from Via Roma and Via XXV Aprile.

The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with no elevator, is characterized by low ceilings (about 1.70 cm) and light-colored furnishings. The open plan living area features a double sofa bed, a cabinet with TV, a dining table and a kitchenette equipped with many cooking tools, including a juicer and a coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a closet. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Amenities such as wi-fi, washing machine and iron are available in the accommodation.

*There is no heating system in the apartment, but only a split in the corridor for heating and cooling.

*The height of the ceilings in the rooms varies between 185 and 196 cm. At the entrance, the height is 170 cm.
