If you prefer rural tourism and are looking for a villa situated in the country, the modern poolside villa is just what you were looking for. A modern, luxurious villa built on a 5000 sqm estate has a wonderful, green garden and an enchanting, serene view on the mountains that surround it. The interior was designed in a contemporary, artistic style with traditional details, such as wooden beams on the ceilings and the stone walls in the bathroom. You will especially love the open-plan kitchen with modern, flat surfaces and the access to the balcony and the garden which makes it extremely luminous.
Katuni is a village situated in the hinterland of the town Omiš in central Dalmatia. The economy of the village and its surroundings is based on olive growing and wine making, while one part of the population developed rural tourism on their estates.

Only 36 km to the east from the villa, you will find a lovely little town Imotski and its two jewels, the Blue and the Red Lake. Both are a phenomenon of the Karst relief and attract many tourists from all around the world. If you decide to visit the place during the summer, you will be able to swim in the Blue Lake and discover its beauty to the fullest. Once you wish to head to the coast, the lovely town Omiš is situated 26 km to the south-west. A town special for its position both on the river Cetina mouth and the coast of the Adriatic, Omiš will surely make you fall in love with it.
