Located in the Ortaalan region(Kalkan) (maps location is inaccurate), the Villa Imperial is recently built in 2020 and offers great views of the Kalkan Bay and islands, an infinity pool that looks down turquoise water of the Mediterranean (can be heated), an indoor pool (can be heated) with a large sunbathing terrace, a gym area and a five storey modern architecture that is designed to host guests in all seasons. Set in an elevated position behind the beautiful olive groves, the villa offers uninterrupted sea, town and mountain views and is a 15 minutes walk to the Kalkan center.


Villa Imperial has 5 bedrooms and 10 people capacity and all the bedrooms and outside spaces offer a unique and interrupted views of the Kalkan Bay. The bedrooms are spread across the three floors, with two double rooms and a twin room (with private/shared balconies) on the first and two other bedrooms on the top with their full-length terrace. Polished with all the elegance of a boutique hotel, each of the bedrooms has individual accents of color from marina blue to sunset amber.

As a bonus, villa has a fully functioning gym, alongside with table tennis, PS4, British channels & Premier League Football on TV and social streaming subscriptions (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+)
