Welcome to our 4-bedroom apartment in the heart of Isère Alps! Located on the top floor of a traditional chalet-style building, our space features a large terrace with scenic mountain views. The residence is only 50m from the escalator which provides access to the front of the ski lifts. With its surrounding attractions, restaurants and shops, our space is the perfect hub for all of your mountain excursions.

Our 50 m² apartment with a furnished balcony includes:

• 1st + 2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds in each room
• 3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed
• 4th Bedroom: 1 single bed
• Living Area: 1 trundle sofa bed and a TV with national channels
• Kitchenette: hot plate, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, oven or microwave/grill and dishwasher
• Bathrooms: bathroom, shower room and separate WCs

• Pet fee: €10/day or €46/week. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted (maximum of 1 pet per residence)

• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3 per person over 18 +
• Guests are asked to clean their units prior to departure or you can request an end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) for €130. If your unit has not been cleaned prior to departure or an end-of-stay cleaning hasn't been requested, a fee of €190 will be deducted from your damage deposit
