Nestled in the sloping hills just outside the popular resort of Nerja, Villa Jaz is in a prime position to enjoy endless sea views. Decorated throughout in a Scandi, seashore style the rooms have a homely yet chic feel to create a welcoming atmosphere. Glass doors throughout let the light flood in and bounce off the crisp white walls. Experience incredible views and fresh sea air from the pool terrace whilst you lounge around the private pool. A covered terrace offers an ideal place to tuck into a home-cooked meal or sip your morning coffee in bliss. The main living area is a free-flowing open-plan design creating a desirable family space to get cosy and enjoy your quality holiday time. There are so many aspects of this villa we love, including the readily available air conditioning to keep you cool and collected during those hotter months. 
A short stroll down the hill will bring you to Playa de Vilches a long stretch of sandy beach with a couple of restaurants dotted along the hilltop. A 10-minute drive brings you to the heart of Nerja where you can indulge in history, and sample the local cuisines and bars.

This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 85cm wide alongside 20 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 85cm wide. The path to the poolside is 114cm wide. There are 6 steps to the pool area, or 20 steps from the front gate. The terrace is spacious, open and tiled. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 16 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom doors are 69cm wide, and the bathroom door is 58cm wide.
