The lounge is air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times between 2pm - 4pm and 8pm - 8am). The ground floor is occupied by a huge, covered terrace, ideal for dining alfresco and by a useful poolside bathroom, a fenced garden with a lawn area surrounds the 15 m² private pool and sun loungers are provided. Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
