Situated just 5 min from Putney High Street, and close to both East Putney District Line station and Putney main line. It’s a perfect property for friends, couples, families, remote workers or commuters who want to be close to the city, but far enough to enjoy the parks and nature in southwest London at the same time!
The space
Putney is a great area for young couples, families and commuters. Whether you choose to travel into the city or stay in the surrounding southwest London area, there’s plenty to choose from!
Our apartment is a large, recently renovated ground-floor flat, situated on a quiet, private road on Putney Hill.
Putney mainline: 0.4miles (20-minute direct train to Waterloo)
East Putney (District line): 0.6miles (10 minutes to Earls Court or 15 mins to Victoria)
Buses can be boarded from Lytton Grove bus stop, 100m from the property. Buses can be used for direct routes to Richmond, Kingston, Wimbledon, London Victoria, Central London and more.
THE BEDROOM
One large super king bed with two spacious wardrobes and under-bed storage. Blackout curtains and blinds, comfy bedding and lots of extra storage in drawers.
THE LIVING ROOM
The second bed is a large sofa bed. This is easily assembled and disassembled when using the sofa. The lounge is exceptionally large for this area, with 2 sofas and a dining table right under the window, making it perfect for those working from home.
THE KITCHEN
Recently refurbished fully-equipped kitchen (summer 2022) with all cooking utensils, pots, pans and access to a communal garden.
THE BATHROOM + LAUNDRY ROOM
Large powerful shower with 2 storage cupboards, as well as a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
*Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.
