This first-floor annexe consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen area with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with TV. There is also a ground-floor games room with a pool table and arcade games. The bedrooms consist of zip link twin/king with an en-suite and a zip link twin/king with Jack-and-Jill access to the main bathroom. Outside, there is a front garden with lawned area, patio and off-road parking. Wifi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This property is pet-friendly; however, smoking is not permitted inside. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop and within 0.8 miles, a pub. The Annexe, Melbourne House is a beautiful base to explore this scenic part of Cumbria. Cot and high chair available. Please note: There are set of stairs to the side to gain access to the property.
