This holiday home has three bedrooms including two doubles and a single, along with a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a sofa bed. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there’s off-road parking for two cars and a terrace garden with furniture and a hot tub. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent but sorry, no pets and no smoking. You can find a shop, pub and beach in 0.1 mile. Please note that check-in from 5pm and check-out by 10am. Balmoral is a fabulous property for a seaside escape. Town: A charming seaside resort with a seven-mile stretch of sandy beach that was once famous for car racing and speed record attempts. These historic sands are ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and kite flying all year round. Pendine is the ideal beach village, with local pubs and restaurants providing superb food, a café, a grocery store, and gift shops. Pendine is also home to the Land of Speeds Museum, which can be found on Pendine Promenade; the land speed record was really broken on Pendine's beach!
