This single-storey apartment is part of a stunning conversion from the 1870s ‘Counting House’ and is near the town centre and Clock Tower. The main entrance is shared with stairs up to the second floor. Light and airy, it has attractive oak flooring throughout the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, complete with a bay window. A contemporary kitchen on one end allows you to have breakfast or fully self-cater, with a modern dining table for four and a sociable and comfortable lounge area offering distant sea views and an ornamental fireplace. Check out the town’s shops, grab a coffee and maybe take a ride on the Tramway. Or just get your boots on and hike the 2 miles along the South West Coast Path to picture-postcard Beer.
